Abstract: Some representatives of mycobiota of winter wheat seeds appear in it from the moment of flowering to harvest. Therefore, spraying plants at the beginning of flowering and later should significantly affect the grain mycocomplex. During 2018–2020, a study of the effect of spraying on the formation of the mycoflora of winter wheat seeds in the conditions of the North-Eastern Forest Steppe of Ukraine was conducted. The following preparations were involved in the study: Falcon, Imunotsytofit, Trykhofit, Haupsyn, and Chitosan. Mycocomplex analysis was performed on potato glucose agar. The effect of fungicides on the mass of 1000 seeds was also studied. Analysis of the germination of the obtained seeds by controlling the length of the seedlings showed a decrease in this indicator when using a chemicals and an increase when spraying with biological agents, compared to the control.
