Стратегії та процеси прийняття управлінських рішень при впровадженні інформаційних систем у сфері менеджменту виробництва

Abstract

У даній статті представлена методика прийняття управлінських рішень щодо впровадження інформаційних систем у процеси менеджменту виробництва. Проведено аналіз особливостей процедур адаптації та введення в експлуатацію інформаційних систем, а також описано ключові етапи, необхідні для підготовки підприємства до автоматизації. У статті висвітлено широкий спектр ключових питань, які передують успішному впровадженню інформаційних систем у процеси менеджменту виробництва. Також проаналізовано основні завдання та практичні роботи, які має виконати компанія, спеціалізована в автоматизації підприємств, для вирішення передбачених питань. У статті подано схему основних підготовчих заходів до впровадження інформаційних систем у процеси менеджменту виробництва. Також розглянуто особливості реалізації класичного проєкту впровадження інформаційних систем, визначено його безумовні переваги та недоліки. Зокрема, приділена увага ключовим учасникам команди проєкту реалізації процесу впровадження інформаційної системи. Висвітлено типовий склад команди проекту з позицій як виконавця, так і замовника. Стаття також розглядає основні проблеми впровадження інформаційних систем у процеси управління виробництвом. Запропонована методика прийняття управлінських рішень щодо впровадження інформаційних систем в процеси менеджменту виробництва містить комплекс рекомендацій з вирішення виявлених проблем упровадження.

This article presents a methodology for making managerial decisions on the introduction of information systems in the production management processes. The article analyses specific features of procedures of adaptation and commissioning of information systems and describes key stages necessary for preparation of an enterprise for automation. The article highlights a wide range of key issues that precede the successful implementation of information systems in production management processes. The article also analyses the main tasks and practical work to be performed by a company specialising in enterprise automation to address the issues. The article presents a scheme of the main preparatory measures for the implementation of information systems in production management processes. The article also considers the features of the implementation of a classic information system implementation project, identifies its undoubted advantages and disadvantages. In particular, attention is paid to the key members of the project team for the implementation of the information system implementation process. The typical composition of the project team from the standpoint of both the contractor and the customer is highlighted. The article also discusses the main problems of implementing information systems in production management processes.
