Abstract

Добіжа Н.В. Напрями активізації розвитку інфраструктури ринку сільськогосподарської техніки. У статті досліджено проблеми розвитку інфраструктури ринку сільськогосподарської техніки, що представлена суб’єктами та об’єктами, їх взаємозв’язками щодо формування попиту і пропозиції, купівлі-продажу, обміну технічними засобами, технологіями та сервісним обслуговуванням визначених елементів. Визначено напрями активізації інфраструктури ринку техніки, до яких належать: розробка та реалізація системи заходів щодо формування конкурентного середовища на ринку техніки; формування ефективних джерел інвестицій для виробництва вітчизняного технологічного обладнання та активізації розвитку машинобудування; реалізація кадрово-інноваційної складової інфраструктурного розвитку через співпрацю з вищими навчальними закладами; гарантування технологічної безпеки, вітчизняного створення сприятливих умов для інноваційно-технічного розвитку та науковоприкладної діяльності.

Dobizha N.V. Areas of activation of the development of the infrastructure of the market of agricultural machinery. Business entities need a suitable environment, defined conditions for cooperation with other producers and organizations, and developed infrastructure that provides reliability and quality of interaction of market participants, their coordination and creates a favorable environment for effective activity. The aim of the work is to substantiate the directions of activation of the development of the technology market in Ukraine. The infrastructure of the agricultural machinery market is considered as a general basis for the implementation of exchange processes, interaction and cooperation between its main subjects, their interconnections with the formation of supply and demand, purchase and sale, exchange of technical means, technologies and service of certain elements. The directions of intensification of the development of the technology market infrastructure include: development and implementation of a system of measures for the formation of a competitive environment in the market of technology; the formation of effective sources of investment for the production of domestic technological equipment and the intensification of the development of mechanical engineering; realization of personnel and innovation component of infrastructure development through cooperation with higher educational institutions; the guarantee of technological safety, the creation of favorable conditions for innovative technological development and scientific and applied activities. It is proved that ensuring efficient development of the infrastructure of the market of agricultural machinery for various organizational and legal forms of management is seen by us: support of the development of domestic agricultural machinery production; improvement of the pricing policy for technical means, material resources and agricultural products; increase of subsidies of domestic agrarians in the process of leasing; the introduction of a mechanism for the return of energy resources by the state in the process of ecologization of technical and technological equipment, agricultural machinery and commissioning of new equipment, which involves reducing the technogenic chemical and noise load on the environment.
