Підходи до інтегрального оцінювання рівня сталого розвитку підприємства

Abstract

Розглянуто особливості, переваги та недоліки існуючих підходів до визначення інтегрального показника рівня сталого розвитку підприємства. Запропоновано систему індикаторів оцінювання економічної, інноваційної, соціальної та екологічної складових сталого розвитку, які відображають особливості діяльності підприємств торгівлі. Визначено основні етапи й аналітичний інструментарій оцінювання рівня сталого розвитку торговельного підприємства. Рекомендовано модель інтегрального показника рівня сталого розвитку підприємств торгівлі.

The national economy ability to withstand crises, to be global scale competitive is determined by the sustainable development degree of both its industries and individual businesses. Important step towards the sustainable development concept implementation is elaboration of the scientific approach which would substantiate management decisions for destabilizing affecting factors eliminating on the level of economic, social and environmental enterprise development. This problem solution will be facilitated by the development of the indices’ system which takes into account the peculiarities of various industries enterprises functioning, as well as the approach to generalized indicator of the enterprise sustainable development level formation. The purpose of the research paper is integrated indicator elaboration of trade enterprises sustainable development level. The research paper studies the features, advantages and disadvantages of existing approaches to integrated indicator determining of enterprise sustainable development level. The indices system, which reflects trade enterprises activity features, with separation of economic, innovative, social and ecological components of sustainable development, is presented. The main stages and analytical tools for the trade enterprise sustainable development level assessing are identified. The integrated indicator model of the trade enterprises sustainable development level is developed. Methods for the weighting factors determining are considered; these factors reflect the sustainable development components relative value. Harrington scale use is proposed for integrated indicator calculated value interpreting of the enterprise sustainable development level assessing. The study scientific and practical value is analytical tools improving for trade enterprises sustainable development assessing.
