Зовнішньоекономічна діяльність підприємств харчової промисловості в Україні

Abstract

Досліджено основні проблеми зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та запропоновано шляхи підвищення експортного потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості. Дана загальна характеристика зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в Україні. Сформовано правила та надано рекомендації для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності й прибутковості діяльності підприємства.

In the article the basic problems of foreign economic activity are lighted up and the ways for the increase of export potential of food industry enterprises are offered. General description of foreign economic in Ukraine activity is suggested. The rules are formed, and recommendations are given for the provision of competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise activity. Ukraine can not stay aside of significant changes in the global and European food markets, and fluctuations in the market situation, the emergence of new European priorities (availability in consumption, low prices, upport etc. in the development of food industry and will subsequently play a dominant role in determining optimal structure of production and export of domestic products abroad. At the same time, modern analysis of the trends in the exchange of food in the global economy convincingly proves that the promising direction of increasing sectoral and, therefore, the country, competitiveness should be investment-innovative, thanks to which it will be possible to diversify primarily the innovative part of its own production, which in the end will contribute to the sustainable development of the entire national economy. In recent years, the development of food industry in Ukraine has been marked by a sharp decline in the technological level of production, reduction of tools, reduction in the volume and range of products, deterioration of its quality, decay of investment and innovation processes, displacement of domestic food products from domestic and foreign markets for food products, in the budget and foreign exchange earnings to the country from the export operations of the industry, etc.
