Основні підходи до планування стратегій інтеграційних процесів діяльності агроформувань

Abstract

Крутько М.А. Основні підходи до планування стратегій інтеграційних процесів діяльності агроформувань. У статті запропонований основні аспекти та підходи до планування стратегій інтеграційних процесів діяльності агроформувань та узагальнення оптимальних стратегій інтеграційних процесів перетворень аграрного сектору. Визначені перспективи, які відкриваються перед підприємствами, що визначилися з основними підходами та чітко спланували стратегію майбутніх інтеграційних процесів діяльності. Доведено, що стратегічна мета і характер інтеграційних процесів визначається через форму прояву даного економічного явища та вибір горизонтальної чи вертикальної форми злиття на довгостроковий період свого функціонування. Встановлено, що планомірний підхід до вирішення питань формування стратегії інтеграційних процесів агроформувань виступає ключовим елементом налагодження системи агропромислової інтеграції в Україні, як одного з сучасних інноваційних методів підвищення ефективності господарювання.

В статье предложены основные аспекты и подходы к планированию стратегий интеграционных процессов деятельности агроформирований и обобщения оптимальных стратегий интеграционных процессов преобразований аграрного сектора. Определены перспективы, которые открываются перед предприятиями, определившимися с основными подходами и четко спланировавшими стратегию будущих интеграционных процессов деятельности. Доказано, что стратегическая цель и характер интеграционных процессов определяюется через форму проявления данного экономического явления и выбор горизонтальной или вертикальной формы слияния на долгосрочный период своего функционирования. Установлено, что планомерный подход к решению вопросов формирования стратегии интеграционных процессов агроформирований выступает ключевым элементом налаживания системы агропромышленной интеграции в Украине, как одного из современных инновационных методов повышения эффективности хозяйствования.

The goal of the study is the theoretical analysis of the main aspects and approaches to planning the strategies for the integration processes of the agricultural formations activities and the synthesis of optimal strategies for the integration processes of the agrarian sector transformations. Серія „Економічні науки”. № 1. 2019 130 the goal predetermines the systematic implementation of the interrelated tasks, such as the study of approaches to planning the strategies for the integration processes of the agricultural formations activity, the determination of conditions and peculiarities necessary for planning the strategies for the integration processes of the agricultural formations activity in Ukraine, and revealing the inhibitory factors and the choice of the ways for their elimination. Methodology of the work. The methodological basis of the study is the doctrine of the essence and fundamental principles of planning the strategies of the integration processes of the agricultural formations activity in the market economy system and in the democratic society. Results of the work. The article proposes the main aspects and approaches to planning the strategies of the integration processes of the agricultural formations activity and the synthesis of optimal strategies for the integration processes of the agrarian sector transformations. The perspectives that are faced before the enterprises which have determined the main approaches and clearly outlined the strategy of future integration processes of activity are determined in the article. It is proved that the strategic goal and the nature of the integration processes are determined through the form of the given economic phenomenon manifestation and through the choice of either horizontal or vertical form of the amalgamation over the long period of its functioning. It has been established that a systematic approach to solving the problems of forming the strategy of the integration processes of the agricultural formations is a key element of establishing a system of agro-industrial integration in Ukraine as one of the modern innovative methods for increasing the efficiency of management. Sphere of the results application. The obtained results of the research can be used in the selection and planning the scenarios of strategies for the integration processes of the participants in agricultural production. These strategies can be divided into three groups: the amalgamation of owners of agricultural enterprises and the peasant farms; the amalgamation of owners of private peasant farms; and the amalgamation of owners of individual and property shares.
