Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ та розробці методичного інструментарію діагностики фінансової кризи підприємств роздрібної торгівлі. У дисертації розкрито економічну сутність фінансової кризи та діагностики фінансової кризи; систематизовано та доповнено класифікацію причин фінансової кризи підприємств торгівлі; систематизовано та надано змістовну характеристику методичного забезпечення діагностики фінансової кризи підприємства. Удосконалено методику діагностики фінансової кризи, що базується на агрегатних моделях; виділено критерії та обґрунтовано систему відносних показників діагностики кризового фінансового стану; розроблено методичний підхід до діагностики фінансової кризи підприємств роздрібної торгівлі, що ґрунтується на дослідженні грошових потоків. Запропоновано методику інтегральної діагностики фінансової кризи на основі розробки методики якісної діагностики та експертно-аналітичної моделі діагностики та прогнозування фінансової кризи підприємств роздрібної торгівлі; визначено напрямки та обґрунтовано систему показників оцінки потенціалу виживання підприємств роздрібної торгівлі.

The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of theoretical grounds and elaboration of methodological tools for the diagnosis of financial crisis of retail trade enterprises. In the thesis economic essence of financial crisis and its diagnosis alongside with determination of their specific features in trade industry is revealed; classification of the reasons of financial crisis of trade enterprises is systematized and enlarged; methodological supplying of financial crisis the diagnosis of the enterprise is systematized and characterized. Methodology of financial crisis the diagnosis based on ag- gregate models is improved; the criteria are singled out and the system of relative indexes of financial crisis the diagnosis is substantiated; methodological approach to financial crisis the diagnosis based on the re- search of money flows is worked out. Methodology of integral diagnosis of financial crisis, based on the elaboration of methodology of quality diagnosis and expert-analytical model of the diagnosis and fore- casting of financial crisis of retail trade enterprises is offered; directions are determined, and the system of indices for evaluating potential of retail trade enterprises survival is substantiated.
