Інформаційне та методичне забезпечення аналізу фінансового стану підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанням інформаційного та методичного забезпечення аналізу фінансового стану підприємства та їх впливу на якість аналітичного обгрунтування управлінських рішень. Фінансовий аналіз є суттєвим елементом фінансового менеджменту. Від того, які управлінські рішення розробляються та реалізуються, залежать поточна та перспективна конкурентоспроможність підприємства, ефективність його діяльності. Змістовність аналізу, його глибина і повнота значною мірою визначаються станом інформаційного забезпечення. При цьому існує потреба в достовірній інформації про надійність потенційних позичальників, емітентів цінних паперів, партнерів з метою поліпшення управлінських та інвестиційних рішень. Значна частина сільськогосподарських підприємств сьогодні не має достатньо організованої системи фінансового менеджменту. Відсутня повноцінна система забезпечення своєчасної та достовірної інформації всіх структурних підрозділів системи управління. Брак певних видів управлінської інформації обмежує можливості використання підприємствами всього арсеналу методів та прийомів управління фінансами. Для покращення фінансового стану підприємства та його аналізу необхідним є удосконалення інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення; розробка внутрішньої звітності; розробка методичного забезпечення прогнозування фінансового стану підприємства; удосконалення форм фінансової звітності, адаптації національних форм звітності до міжнародних.

The article is devoted to the issues of information and methodological support of the analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise and their influence on the quality of analytical substantiation of management decisions. Financial analysis is an essential element of financial management. The current and future competitiveness of the enterprise, the efficiency of its activity depend on what management decisions are developed and implemented. The content of the analysis, its depth and completeness are largely determined by the state of information support. At the same time, there is a need for reliable information on the reliability of potential borrowers, issuers of securities, partners in order to improve management and investment decisions. A large part of agricultural enterprises today do not have a sufficiently organized financial management system. There is no full-fledged system of providing timely and reliable information to all structural units of the management system. The lack of certain types of management information limits the ability of enterprises to use the whole arsenal of methods and techniques of financial management. To improve the financial condition of the enterprise and its analysis, it is necessary to improve the information and analytical support; development of internal reporting; development of methodological support for forecasting the financial condition of the enterprise; improvement of financial reporting forms, adaptation of national reporting forms to international ones.
