Abstract

Більська О.В. Особливості капіталізації людського потенціалу на підприємствах АПК. Надано критичну оцінку підходам до тлумачення сутності категорії «людський капітал». Обґрунтовано авторську версію сутності понять «людський капітал» та «людський потенціал» і їх взаємообумовленість й взаємозалежність. Доведено, що «людський капітал» включає економічні відносини, пов’язані тільки з тими елементами «людського потенціалу», які здатні створювати нову вартість чи приносити додатковий прибуток. Розкрито механізм формування «людського потенціалу» і його трансформації в «людський капітал» і навпаки через обґрунтування стадій їх змін. Досліджено секторальну структуру національної економіки щодо розподілу осіб, які здійснювали капіталізацію індивідуального людського потенціалу впродовж 1990 – 2015 рр. Акцентовано увагу на проблемах капіталізації людського потенціалу на підприємствах АПК з оконтуренням об’єктивних і суб’єктивних причин та перспектив щодо пом’якшення їх негативного впливу.

Обоснованно авторскую версию сущности понятий «человеческий капитал» и «человеческий потенциал» и их взаимообусловленность и взаимозависимость. Доказано, что «человеческий капитал» включает экономические отношения, связанные только с теми элементами «человеческого потенциала», которые способны создавать новую стоимость или приносить дополнительную прибыль. Раскрыт механизм формирования «человеческого потенциала» и его трансформации в «человеческий капитал» и наоборот через обоснование стадий их изменений. Исследована секторальная структура национальной экономики относительно распределения лиц, осуществлявших капитализацию индивидуального человеческого потенциала в течение 1990 - 2015 гг. Акцентируется внимание на проблемах капитализации человеческого потенциала на предприятиях АПК с определением объективных и субъективных причин и перспективы смягчения их негативного влияния.

Certainty with the spirit and interdependence of the categories of "human capital" and "human potential", which it's possible to start a systemic change and to narrow the scope of the asocial practices in the agricultural enterprises on attraction of owners of individual human potential in conditions of transition to innovative model of development. Methodology. For the solution of the tasks used several General scientific methods, namely analysis and synthesis with critical assessment of the approaches of domestic and foreign authors regarding the nature of "human capital" and "human potential" systemic-structural in the design stages of the formation of the "human potential" and its transformation in "human capital" and Vice versa, generalization in the justification bonatto terminology "human potential" and its capitalization, in terms of production, abstract and logical in the implementation of theoretical generalizations and forming conclusions. The results of the study are as justified the author's version of essence of concepts "human capital" and "human potential" and their interdependence and interdependence; the opening mechanism for the formation of the "human potential" and its transformation in "human capital" and Vice versa through the study of stages of change; research sectoral structure of the national economy concerning the distribution of individuals who carried out the capitalization of individual human potential throughout 1990 and 2015; the allocation problems of capitalization of human potential in the agricultural enterprises with concurency objective and subjective reasons and opportunities to mitigate their negative impact. Practical implications. Ordering of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of "human capital" and "human potential" will contribute to a more obstinate substantiation of measures on formation of the productive abilities of people and exclude from the practice of control of the situation relatively unprofessional addressing capitalization of income opportunities and thereby ensure social progress. Value/originality. Scientific and practical significance of the developments is that they provide the basis for theoretical and methodological justification of formation processes of the "human potential" and their alignment with the capabilities capitalization the ability to work, and should change the welfare of the population.
