Засади створення та основні складові безпаперової бухгалтерії

Abstract

В даній статті надано характеристику основних засад створення безпаперової бухгалтерії на підприємстві, до яких автором віднесено: цифровізацію, екологію та пандеміюCovid-19. Розглянуто чіткі складові компоненти, взаємодія яких створює систему безпаперової бухгалтерії. До складових автором віднесено і розглянуто: програмне та технічне забезпечення, людські ресурси, інформація та засоби її зберігання, а також нормативно-правове регулювання її ведення. Надано та охарактеризовано градацію рівнів нормативноправового регулювання. Зроблено висновки щодо результатів дослідження та подальшого вивчення теми.

This article describes the main foundations of the creation of paperless accounting at the enterprise, to which the author refers: digitalization, ecology and pandemic Covid-19. Clear components are considered, the interaction of which creates a paperless accounting system. The constituent author includes and considered software and technical equipment, human resources, information and means of its storage, as well as the regulatory and lega lregulation of its maintenance. Gradation of regulatory levels is provided and described. Conclusions were drawn regarding the results of the study and further study of the topic.
