Abstract

Шабінський О.В. Структурні та функціональні характеристики економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств. Розглядаються складові структури економічної безпеки агропромислового комплексу держави. Зроблений аналіз основної складової частини економічної безпеки АПК - продовольчої безпеки. Крім того, висвітлені основні питання іншої складової структури економічної безпеки - виробничої безпеки, як такої, що має безпосередній впливу на продовольчу безпеку.

Рассматриваются составные структуры экономической безопасности агропромышленного комплекса государства. Сделан анализ основной составляющей части экономической безопасности АПК – продовольственной безопасности. Кроме того, освещаются основные вопросы другой составляющей структуры экономической безопасности – продовольственной безопасности, как такой, что имеет непосредственное влияния на продовольственную безопасность.

Shabinski A.W. Structural and functional characteristics of economic security agricultul enterpises. The structure of economic security of enterprises of agrarian sector is difficult and many-sided. Her component parts are constrained inter se and influence on providing of economic security of agrarian sector, carrying the threats of him to steady development. Analysing research of different authors on questions the structure of economic security of enterprises of agrarian sector and on the basis of own researches, we suggest to set forth the structure of economic security from such constituents: food safety, investment safety, external economic safety, productive safety, power safety, scientifically-technological safety, safety of labour-market, skilled safety, financial safety, safety, law and order, ecological safety. Inalienable component part of economic security of agrarian sector, that always stands on the first place, is food safety. Law of Ukraine "About food safety of Ukraine" provides for, that food safety of population is such socio-economic and ecological state of the state, at that all population of country provided by food in a necessary amount and assortment of corresponding quality. Every country regardless of level of the development aims to avouch for food safety the population. It is considered that a country is in the safe state in relation to food safety, if she is able due to an own production to provide a feed to all citizens at level not below 70 percents are to the scientifically reasonable physiology norm of consumption. Researches confirm, that providing of economic security of enterprises of agrarian sector of Ukraine must be determined by the structure of agroindustrial complex of country. As objects the corresponding spheres of АПК come, forward here, productive and unproductive complexes АПК and, to the product under complexes. The structure of economic security of agrarian sector is difficult and many-sided, but her basic component parts within the framework of agrarian sector are foremost food safety and productive safety. Food safety is a basic constituent of economic security. Researches confirm, that if a country is able to provide due to an own production a feed to all citizens at level not below 70 % to the scientifically reasonable physiology norm of consumption, then such country is in the safe state in relation to food safety.
