Управління персоналом у підприємствах індустрії туризму

Abstract

Метою дослідження є систематизація теоретико-методологічних положень розвитку системи управління персоналом у підприємствах індустрії туризму і гостинності. Об`єктом дослідження є процес організації і удосконалення системи управління персоналом в індустрії туризму і гостинності. В ході досліджень на підприємстві особлива увага була приділена вивченню процесу організації і удосконалення системи управління персоналом як в цілому у сфері туризму по Україні, так і на конкретному туристичному підприємстві - туристичному агентстві «In Class-tour». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи організації системи управління персоналом підприємств індустрії туризму. У другому розділі досліджено і проаналізовано cучасні тенденцій управління персоналом у сфері туризму і гостинності. Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: досліджено стан сучасного розвитку кадрового планування в туристському бізнесі; вивчено теоретико - методологічні аспекти управління персоналом; досліджено актуальність питання підвищення кадрового потенціалу туристичних підприємств в сучасних умовах; вивчено сучасні тенденції і проблеми кадрового забезпечення в індустрії туризму і гостинності регіонів України; досліджено сучасний стан підготовки кадрів, як головного чинника розвитку туристичної галузі в Україні; проаналізовано сутність і стан формування кадрового потенціалу туристської сфери: основні проблеми і шляхи їх подолання; проаналізовано ефективність використання персоналу в індустрії туризму і гостинності

The purpose of the study is to systematize the theoretical and methodological provisions of the development of the personnel management system in enterprises of the tourism and hospitality industry. The object of the study is the process of organization and improvement of the personnel management system in the tourism and hospitality industry. In the course of research at the enterprise, special attention was paid to the study of the process of organization and improvement of the personnel management system, both in the field of tourism in Ukraine as a whole, and at a specific tourist enterprise - the travel agency "In Class-tour". In the qualification (bachelor's) work: The first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of the personnel management system of tourism industry enterprises. In the second chapter, contemporary trends in personnel management in the field of tourism and hospitality are researched and analyzed. Conclusions. The scientific value of this work consists of a set of results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the state of modern development of personnel planning in the tourism business was investigated; studied the theoretical and methodological aspects of personnel management; the relevance of the issue of increasing the personnel potential of tourist enterprises in modern conditions has been investigated; modern trends and problems of staffing in the tourism and hospitality industry of the regions of Ukraine were studied; the current state of personnel training, as the main factor in the development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, was investigated; the essence and state of formation of personnel potential in the tourism sphere are analyzed: the main problems and ways to overcome them; the effectiveness of the use of personnel in the tourism and hospitality industry is analyzed
