Роль транспортного обслуговування у розвитку індустрії туризму

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (бакалаврської) роботи є систематизація теоретичних положень, аналіз динаміки і тенденції розвитку транспортного обслуговування та обґрунтування напрямів його удосконалення для подальшого розвитку індустрії туризму в сучасних кризових умовах. Об`єктом дослідження є процес організації і удосконалення системи транспортного обслуговування в індустрії туризму. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи розвитку системи транспортного обслуговування в індустрії туризму. У першому розділі розглянуто концептуальні рамки організації індустрії туризму, у другому розділі проаналізовано стан сучасного транспортного обслуговування індустрії туризму і визначено перспективи розвитку транспортного обслуговування туристів у світі. Проведене дослідження засноване на офіційній інформації, що публікується міжнародними організаціями: Всесвітньої туристської організації (UNWTO), Всесвітньої ради з туризму та подорожей (WTTC), Міжнародної асоціації повітряного транспорту (ІАТА). Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: досліджено сутність поняття, цілі та функції туризму. Теоретичні основи понять «подорож» і «туризм»; вивчено значення туризму для людини та суспільства; досліджено сутність транспортного забезпечення та його роль у туристському бізнесі: транспортна складова туристичного бізнесу; проаналізовано основні показники транспортного обслуговування туристів у великих мегаполісах світу; досліджено і проаналізовано стан залізничних перевезень як головної складової туристичного ресурсного потенціалу: світовий і вітчизняний контекст; обґрунтовано перспективи розвитку транспортного обслуговування туристів у світі

The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the systematization of theoretical provisions, the analysis of the dynamics and trends of the development of transport services and the justification of directions for its improvement for the further development of the tourism industry in modern crisis conditions. The object of the study is the process of organization and improvement of the transport service system in the tourism industry. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the transport service system in the tourism industry. In the first section, the conceptual framework of the organization of the tourism industry is considered, in the second section, the state of modern transport services in the tourism industry is analyzed and the prospects for the development of transport services for tourists in the world are determined. The conducted research is based on the official information published by international organizations: World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), World Tourism and Travel Council (WTTC), International Air Transport Association (IATA). Conclusions. The scientific value of this work is a set of results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the essence of the concept, goals and functions of tourism has been investigated. Theoretical foundations of the concepts of "travel" and "tourism"; the importance of tourism for a person and society is studied; the essence of transport provision and its role in the tourist business were investigated: the transport component of the tourist business; the main indicators of transport services for tourists in large metropolises of the world were analyzed; the state of railway transportation as the main component of the tourist resource potential has been researched and analyzed: global and domestic context; prospects for the development of transport services for tourists in the world are substantiated
