Заходи профілактики інфекційних хвороб риб у Харківській області

Abstract

Метою дипломної роботи є дослідження поширення інфекційних захворювань сільськогосподарських риб, від яких страждають рибогосподарства Харківської та приватне підприємство Київської області. Для досягнення поставленої мети підібрано матеріал та розроблена методика досліджень, провели аналіз лабораторних досліджень та визначили інфекційні хвороби риб за останні 5 років, розробили профілактичні заходи попередження розповсюдження інфекційних хвороб риб. Для вирішення мети були поставлені завдання : 1) визначити джерела та шляхи зараження риб у водоймах Харківської області; 1) дослідити зареєстровані випадки захворювань риб, ідентифікувати патогени у спеціалізованих лабораторіях; 2) надати інформацію про діагностику та профілактику захворювань. За результатами проведених досліджень визначені найбільш поширені інфекційні хвороби риб, включаючи безсимптомну стадію, і розроблені заходи попередження поширення інфекційних захворювань.

The graduation thesis is completed on 50 pages of computers computer text, includes 3 tables, 38 sources of used literature. The aim of the diploma thesis is to study the spread of infectious diseases of agricultural fish, from which fish farms of Kharkiv region and private enterprises of Kyiv region suffer. In order to achieve the goal, the material was selected and the research methodology was developed, an analysis of laboratory studies was conducted and infectious diseases of fish were identified over the past 5 years, and preventive measures were developed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases of fish. To solve the goal, the following tasks were set: 1) to determine the sources and ways of infection of fish in reservoirs of the Kharkiv region; 1) investigate registered cases of fish diseases, identify pathogens in specialized laboratories; 2) provide information on diagnosis and prevention of diseases. According to the results of the conducted research, the most common infectious diseases of fish, including the asymptomatic stage, were determined, and measures were developed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
