Оцінка рівня забруднення атмосферного повітря в межах Луганської області

Abstract

За даними ВООЗ, близько 9 мільйонів людей у світі щороку передчасно помирають через забруднене повітря. Чисте та безпечне повітря є суспільною цінністю та останнім безкоштовним природним ресурсом, якому не існує альтернативи споживанню. Забруднення повітря є однією з найбільших екологічних загроз для здоров'я населення в усіх країнах, але найбільше впливає на людей у країнах з низьким та середнім рівнем доходу. Забруднене повітря асоціюється зі зниженням росту і функції легенів у дітей, загостренням респіраторних інфекцій та астми. У дорослих воно тісно пов'язане з найпоширенішими причинами передчасної смерті. Доведено, що наявність токсинів у повітрі є причиною 40% смертей від ішемічної хвороби серця, 7% – від пневмонії, 8% – від інсульту, 6% – від хронічних обструктивних захворювань легень, 7% – від раку легенів і ще 32 ранніх смертей від неінфекційних захворювань. Луганська область, як великий розвинутий промисловий регіон, завжди мала проблеми із забрудненням атмосферного повітря. Будучи центром видобувної та машинобудівної промисловості України, Луганська область має багато підприємств з важкої та хімічної промисловості та розвинуту транспортну систему, що є причиною забруднення повітря токсичними викидами. Військові дії на території регіону, також мають негативний вплив на стан атмосфери Луганської області, забруднюючи її димом та різними викидами. Все це призводить до погіршення якості життя та збільшення рівня захворюваності населення. Тому, важливо дослідити джерела забруднення атмосферного повітря, щоб правильно оцінити вплив на нього різних факторів та вчасно вжити відповідні заходи.

According to the WHO, about 9 million people in the world die prematurely every year due to air pollution. Clean and safe air is a public value and the last free natural resource for which there is no alternative to consumption. Air pollution is one of the biggest environmental threats to public health in all countries, but it has the greatest impact on people in low- and middle-income countries. Polluted air is associated with reduced growth and lung function in children, exacerbation of respiratory infections and asthma. In adults, it is closely related to the most common causes of premature death. It has been proven that the presence of toxins in the air is the cause of 40% of deaths from coronary heart disease, 7% - from pneumonia, 8% - from stroke, 6% - from chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, 7% - from lung cancer and another 32 early deaths from non-infectious diseases. Luhansk region, as a large developed industrial region, has always had problems with atmospheric air pollution. Being the center of the mining and machine-building industry of Ukraine, Luhansk region has many enterprises of heavy and chemical industry and a developed transport system, which is the cause of air pollution with toxic emissions. Military operations in the region also have a negative impact on the atmosphere of the Luhansk region, polluting it with smoke and various emissions. All this leads to a deterioration in the quality of life and an increase in the level of morbidity of the population. Therefore, it is important to investigate the sources of atmospheric air pollution in order to correctly assess the impact of various factors on it and take appropriate measures in time.
