У статті охарактеризовано нинішній етап соціально-економічного розвитку світу як етап системної кризи, зумовленої однобічністю того типу раціоналізму, початок якому поклали елеати. Розкрито сутність поняття геокультури, його світоглядно-методологічний потенціал для осмислення соціуму як нелінійної геокультурної системи. Сформульовано принципи стратегії пізнання соціальних систем в умовах невизначеності.

В статье раскрывается сущность понятия геокультуры, ее мировоззренческо-методологический потенциал для осмысления социума как нелинейной геокультурной системы, рассмотрены основные атрибутивные принципы геокультуры, такие, как принцип геокультурной целостности\полноты, принцип геокультурной контекстуальности, принцип геокультурной сложности, принцип геокультурной многомерности, геокультурной неопределенности, принцип взаимообусловленности цели и способов и др. Авторы приходят к выводу о всеобъемлющем характере исследований геокультурной проблематики. Сформулированы принципы стратегии познания социальных систем в условиях системного кризиса социально-экономического развития мира обусловленного его односторонностью, неопределенностью.

A new strategy of geocultural approach to comprehension of modern socio-economic development processes in the world is reviewed in this article. As the world experiences now a huge system crisis it turns out that onedimensional and determined type of rationalism proposed by Eleatics cannot exist nowadays. We consider that Marxist trans-historical concepts of economics dominating over the culture perfectly embodies such rationalism. However lots of scientific data in various spheres of human cognition force these concepts undergo great changes and make way for other theories. The new theories imply that the complicated systems may vary in their development and show hardly predictable results. The deep analysis of literary sources and different approaches to geocultural concepts is provided. In this regard we tried to explore and define the essence of geoculture and the main principles of geocultural approach which can be used to learn more about the complicated processes of modern socio-economic development under the indeterminate conditions. Ideological and methodological potential for understanding society as a nonlinear geocultural system is revealed. Such attributive principles of geoculture as geocultural integrity, contextuality, complication, multidimensionality, indeterminacy, aims and means/ risks and preventions interdependence are viewed. The principles of learning strategy about social systems in the conditions of a system crisis of the socio-economic development of the world were formulated. The results of research make a great contribution to bringing bridges between different branches of disciplinary knowledge, to understanding of integrative processes in science and, accordingly, proper reforms in education. They help humans understand their attitude towards reality as a way of their being, as a result of their own activities, and this dramatically changes the comprehension of cognitive goals.
