dc.description.abstractThe necessity of applying the stakeholder theory to management of the development of tourism enterprises in modern conditions is substantiated. The prerequisites for the emergence, content and development of the theory of interested parties were studied, the main approaches to the classification of stakeholders were analyzed. The peculiarities of the operation of tourist enterprises, which determine their relations with stakeholders, are determined. Stakeholders of tourism enterprises have been identified, and their groups for interaction have been defined. The goals and tasks of enterprises regarding interaction with stakeholders to prevent conflicts of interest are given. The theory of fuzzy sets is proposed for diagnosing the effectiveness of interaction between tourism enterprises and stakeholders.uk_UA
