Кримінального кодексу України які можуть бути віднесеними до спеціальних
засад призначення покарання. Визначаються окремі проблеми щодо
визначення окремих норм чинного Кримінального кодексу України як
спеціальних засад призначення покарання. The presented work analyzes the provisions of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine, which can be classified as special grounds for imposing punishment. Certain problems are identified regarding the definition of certain norms of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine as special grounds for imposing punishment. |
