Основні філософські підходи до визначення поняття "відчуження" в економічній діяльності

Abstract

Описано наукову дефініцію «відчуження праці» з точки зору соціальної філософії. Показано, що названий термін позначає соціальний процес, притаманний класово антагоністичному суспільству. Цей процес являє собою відносини між власником та робітником з приводу участі в управлінні виробництвом та розподілі отриманого прибутку. Описано основні чинники та результати відчуження праці.

The scientific definition of "alienation of labor" from the point of view of social philosophy is described. It is shown that the named term denotes a social process inherent in a class-antagonistic society. This process represents the relationship between the owner and the worker regarding participation in the management of production and the distribution of the obtained profit. The main factors and results of labor alienation are described.
