Радянське законодавство проти українських в’язнів сумління: на основі звітів 1975-1979 років Amnesty International

Abstract

В статті подано аналіз матеріалів, зібраних міжнародною організацію з захисту прав людини Amnesty International щодо переслідування людей в Радянському Союзі на підставі їх опозиційного ставлення до радянської влади та ідеології. Основну увагу сконцентровано на переслідуванні українських громадян. Визначено мотиви переслідування, формулювання обвинувачення.

The article presents an analysis of the materials collected by the international human rights organisation Amnesty International on the persecution of people in the Soviet Union on the basis of their opposition to the Soviet government and ideology. The main focus is on the persecution of Ukrainian citizens. The motives for the persecution and the wording of the accusation are identified.
