Abstract

Рекуш А.М. Інноваційна діяльність сільськогосподарських підприємств в їх стратегічному розвитку. В статті розроблено методику оцінки інноваційної діяльності підприємств, яка включає: технічні, соціальні, інформаційні, комунікаційні, організаційні, управлінські, біологічні, екологічні, економічні інновацій та інновації експортних взаємодій. Доведено, що ключовими інноваціями в аграрному секторі економіки повинні бути соціоінновації, біоінновації, інтелектуальноінноваційний підхід любої соціально-економічної системи. Конкретизована система заходів на базі яких організаційних формувань можна реалізувати інноваційні моделі розвитку аграрного сектору економіки. При цьому зроблено акцент на дотримання вимог в системі таких наукових підходів як: системного, комплексного, маркетингового, інтеграційного, функціонального, концептуального, мотиваційного, активізаційного, стратегічного, інноваційного, синергетичного та інших з пріоритетною орієнтацією за забезпечення соціально-екологічного та економічного розвитку. При цьому не упускається економічна складова системної цілісності як засобу розв’язання задач соціально-екологічного спрямування, підвищення рівня і якості життя. Особливу увагу звернено на динамічний розвиток сільськогосподарських підприємств, який не є самоціллю, а об’єктивною закономірністю і обумовлюється системою чинників, а саме: загальними тенденціями розвитку світової економіки; розширенням організаційноекономічних зв'язків у Світовому економічному просторі; зростанням залежності національних економік від тенденцій та темпів розвитку економік у світовому просторі, ресурсного забезпечення; розширенням організаційно-економічних зв’язків суб’єктів діяльності України з суб’єктами інших країн; зростанням конкурентної боротьби у зовнішньому середовищі у відповідних сегментах ринку та в географічних сегментах ринку; зростанням ймовірності розвитку ризиків та кризових ситуацій; структурною зміною потреб і орієнтаційних поглядів на якісні споживчі параметри; розширенням факторів забезпечення успіху в діяльності підприємств, спрямованих на зміцнення та розвиток їх конкурентних потенційних можливостей при взаємодії із суб’єктами зовнішнього середовища; трансформаційними процесами що відбуваються в національній і аграрній економіці та ін.

Rekush A.M. Innovative activity of the agricultural enterprises during their strategic development. The methods assessing the innovative activity of the enterprises which includes technical, social, informational, communicative, organizational, managerial, biological, ecological, and economic innovations and the innovations of export interactions are elaborated in the article. It is proved that the key innovations in the agrarian sector of economy should be the social innovations, biological innovations, and the intellectual-innovative approaches of any social and economic system. A system of organizational formations measures, on the basis of which the innovative models of the agrarian sector of economy can be realized, is specified. At the same time the stress is made on the maintenance of the requirements in the system of such scientific approaches as systemic, complex, marketing, integration, functional, conceptual, motivational, activating, strategic, innovative, and synergetic and others with the priority orientation at the ensuring of socio-ecological and economic development. At the same time, the economic counterpart of the systemic integrity as a means of solving the tasks of the socioenvironmental direction, raising the level and quality of life is not overlooked. The particular attention is paid to the dynamic development of the agricultural enterprises, which is not an end in itself, but an objective appropriateness and is substantiated by the system of factors. These factors are the general tendencies of the world economy development; the expansion of organizational and economic relations in the World economic space; the growing dependence of national economies from the tendencies and rates of the economies development in the world space; the resource support; the expansion of organizational and economic relations of Ukrainian economic entities with the entities of other countries; the growth of competition in the external environment in the relevant market segments and in the geographical segments of the market; the increase of the probability for the risks and crisis situations development; the structural change of the needs and the orientation views on the qualitative consumer parameters; the expansion of the factors for achieving success in the enterprises’ activity, aimed at strengthening and development of their potential capabilities when interacting with the subjects of the environment; the transformational processes that take place in the national and agrarian economies, etc.
