Місце цифрової економіки в загальній системі сучасних господарських відносин

Abstract

Досліджено цифрову економіку як сучасне перетворення господарської діяльності. Визначено напрями змін національної економічної системи з метою пом’якшення негативних наслідків цифрової трансформації. Зазначено відмітні особливості та ризики сучасної економіки для суб’єктів господарювання. Виявлено перехід світової економіки від традиційних галузей до цифрового сектору. Проаналізовано інвестиційні тренди, капіталізацію найбільших компаній світу, напрями впровадження цифрових інновацій за господарськими сферами. Досліджено бюджетну підтримку програми розвитку цифрової економіки України.

The digital economy as modern transformation of economic activity is studied. The primary issue of economic development is digital economy formation on the base of economic data analysis use and qualitatively new social and economic systems functioning regularities study. The changes directions in the national economic system for easing the negative effects of digital transformation (social and economic, technical and organizational and natural) are identified. They are caused by modernized economic conditions, new institutional structure formation and economic system operation environment. The distinctive features of the modern economy are noted, which include: economic relations coordination network method on the base of cluster-network systems and spatial integration mechanisms creation; shifting the economic development emphasis to services; implicit knowledge predominance over traditional forms; information and human capital identification as the main economic resources; investment increasing shift towards creative industries. In connection with the current transformations, a number of risks for business entities are considered, starting with the ability to control the private lives of digital participants and continuing to review the role of the state in the cross-border world. The general transformation of the world economy from traditional industries towards the digital sector is confirmed. It is proved that data processing technologies allow reducing the cost of goods and services production and therefore act as the main way of the digital economy efficiency providing. The analyzed current investment trends and the largest world companies capitalization prove that investments in digital assets provide profit, which is by 6,7 times more than nondigital assets profit, and e-commerce (E-commerce), distributed ledger technologies (Blockchain), smart power grids (Smart Grid) and computer vision (Computer Vision) lead according to the investment attractiveness rating. The leading trends of digital innovation within Ukrainian society transformation include the following economic areas: economics, medicine, education, insurance, banking, restaurant business, marketing and e-commerce. The budget expenditures area per year within the digital economy program development in Ukraine is studied.
