за природокористування відображає певні позитивні зрушення, проте, поглиблений аналіз виявляє розвиток побічних еколого економічних явищ та процесів The analysis has shown that tendency of budget incomes increase from different payments and fees for the usage of natural resources is showing some positive changes, but more thorough analysis is showing the development of side ecologic and economic trends and processes. |
