Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню теоретико-методичних основ управління товарними запасами торговельного підприємства. У роботі уточнено поняття «товарні запаси». Обґрунтовано науково-методичний підхід до визначення типу стратегії управління товарними запасами. Удосконалено науково-методичні положення щодо оцінки результативності управління товарними запасами торговельного підприємства. Запропоновано організаційно-методичний підхід до визначення політики взаємодії торговельного підприємства із постачальниками. Обґрунтовано науково-практичний підхід до оцінки рівня задоволеності споживача асортиментною політикою торговельного підприємства. Удосконалено методичний підхід до визначення типу політики управління товарними запасами. Запропоновано організаційно-методичний підхід до структурування товарного асортименту товарних запасів торговельного підприємства на основі АBC/FMR-матриці. Обгрунтовано науково-методичний підхід до оцінки якості управління товарними запасами торговельного підприємства. Запропоновано концептуальний підхід до управління товарними запасами торговельного підприємства. Диссертация посвящена исследованию теоретико-методических основ управления товарными запасами торгового предприятия. В работе уточнено понятие «товарные запасы». Обоснован научно-методический подход к определению типа стратегии управления товарными запасами. Усовершенствованы научно-методические положения по оценке результативности управления товарными запасами торгового предприятия. Предложен организационно-методический подход к определению политики взаимодействия торгового предприятия с поставщиками. Обоснован научно практический подход к оценке уровня удовлетворенности потребителя ассортиментной политикой торгового предприятия. Усовершенствован методический подход к определению типа политики управления товарными запасами. Предложен организационно-методический подход к структурированию товарного ассортимента товарных запасов торгового предприятия на основе АВС/FMR-матрицы. Обоснован научно-методический подход к оценке качества управления товарными запасами торгового предприятия. Предложен концептуальный подход к управлению товарными запасами торгового предприятия. he thesis is devoted to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of inventory management of the enterprise. In the thesis improved conceptual-categorical apparatus of the theory of inventory management on the basis of determination of essence of concepts «goods», «inventories». Clarified the essence of the category «resources» of the enterprise and identifies features of the formation of commodity stocks of trade enterprises. The structuring of the assortment structure of inventory proposed to be based on a matrix formation of the ABC/FMR-analysis of commodity positions that will classify inventories according to the criteria of profitability of the sale of goods and demand of consumers. The application of this methodological approach allows carrying out optimum formation of the range of products that provide the rhythm of the trading process and increases the profitability of a commercial enterprise. Improved theoretical and methodological provisions of formation of the system of management of commodity stocks of trade enterprises. This management system is aimed at ensuring the conformity of the basic functional processes of inventory management that allows optimizing the process of managerial decision-making. In the context of modern management theories developed conceptual approach to the management of commodity stocks of trade enterprises, which is based on the system approach provides a holistic vision of the relationship of the theoretical, methodological, practical, organizational-methodical bases in the process of defining the main strategic directions of improving the management of commodity stocks of trade enterprises. In the thesis the integrated model of a complex estimation of efficiency of management of commodity stocks of trade enterprises, which is based on the performance measurement of inventory management, the results of the evaluation of the quality of cooperation with suppliers and customer satisfaction assortment policy. The application of sound scientific and methodological approach allows to assess the performance of internal processes for inventory management, to carry out the typification of consumers to assess the quality of the formed portfolio and to determine a policy for inventory management in a sales enterprise. The thesis also carried out a modeling of the structure of the product range on the basis of the formation of the ABC/FMR matrix. Practical implementation of the proposed methodological approach allows classifying inventories according to the criteria of profitability of the sale of goods and level of consumer demand. Using the developed algorithmic model implemented to predict the average size of inventory by category based on the calculation model of fuzzy time series, implementation of which in practice enables merchants to improve the policy for inventory management and contribute to the liberation of circulating assets, advanced in inventories. Developed the organizational-methodical approach to definition of policy cooperation trade enterprise with suppliers that allowed identifying the type of suppliers according to the criteria «reliability» and «efficiency». Practical implementation of proposed approach allowed choosing the type of interaction of trade enterprises with the suppliers and simplifying the process of managerial decision-making on the advisability of further collaboration with them.
