dc.description.abstract	Necessity of working out new selection programs is dictaned by requirements connected with development of the branch and level of achivements in the field of selection. Recently at Sericultural Institute, UAAS, 19 hybrids have been created: 14 of them have been recognized and widely used commercially in Ukraine (70 per cent of a rearing volume), in Moldavia? Azerbaidjan, Georgia, Uzbekistan. It is a result of completion of a number of selection programs.	-
