dc.description.abstractIn the territory of Ukraine, sugar-beet. fodder-beet apie-peet are damaged by £ species of Cassidae: Cassiaa nobi L. ana Cassiqa nebuiose L. Biology of the species development is specified. Temperature gracients of the terms of development stages are determined. interconnection betweer long stanang dynamics of the species number ana an 11-уеаг cycle of solar activity іs studied. Models of long-term forecasting of Cassidae depending on activity, total sum of effective neat and humdidity of the vegetation period were worked out. Express methods of defining the character of Cassicae infest of beet-roct plan-tations elaborated. Eguations of regression for determining the the margine treatment of fielas with insecticides against Cassidae were calculated.-
