Організація і удосконалення виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є розробка науково-методологічних засад щодо організації ефективного виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві в сучасних умовах. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації і удосконалення системи виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи та практичні рекомендації з організації і удосконалення виробничого менеджменту на сільськогосподарському підприємстві в сучасних умовах господарювання. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у розвитку теоретичних і методичних засад по організації ефективної системи виробничого менеджменту в СТОВ «ПЕРШЕ ТРАВНЯ». У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи організації виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві. У другому розділі досліджено і проаналізовано стан організації виробництва і менеджменту в СТОВ «ПЕРШЕ ТРАВНЯ». У третьому розділі визначено і обґрунтовано шляхи організації ефективного виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві в сучасних економічних умовах. Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: досліджено особливості формування критеріїв ефективного управління сільськогосподарським підприємством СТОВ «ПЕРШЕ ТРАВНЯ»; обґрунтовано внутрішні резерви підвищення ефективності аграрної економіки; в ході проведеного дослідження доведено, що економічна політика держави - головна умова ефективної ринкової діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств.

The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the development of scientific and methodological principles for the organization of effective production management at the enterprise in modern conditions. The object of the study is the process of organization and improvement of the production management system at the enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the organization and improvement of production management at an agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the development of theoretical and methodical foundations for the organization of an effective system o f production management in the "PERSHE TRAVNYA" gas station. In the qualification (master's) thesis: The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the organization of production management at the enterprise. In the second chapter, the state of organization of production and management at STOV "PERSHE TRAVNYA" was investigated and analyzed. The third chapter defines and substantiates ways of organizing effective production management at the enterprise in modern economic conditions. Conclusions. The scientific value of this work is a set of results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the peculiarities of the formation of criteria for effective management of the agricultural enterprise STOV "PERSHE TRAVNYA" were investigated; internal reserves for improving the efficiency of the agrarian economy are substantiated; in the course of the conducted research, it was proved that the economic policy of the state is the main condition for the effective market activity of agricultural enterprises.
