Управління конкурентоспроможністю торговельного підприємства

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є розвиток теоретичних положень і удосконалення методичного інструментарію щодо управління кон-курентоспроможністю торговельного підприємства на основі бенчмаркінгу. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління конкурентоспроможністю то-рговельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи до управління конкуренто-спроможністю торговельних підприємств на основі бенчмаркінгу. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає в розвитку та уточненні тео-ретичних положень, розробці науково-обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо уп-равління конкурентоспроможністю торговельного підприємства. В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи управління конкурентоспроможністю та бенчмаркінгу як ін-струмента її забезпечення; у другому розділі розглянуто методику оцінки кон-курентних позицій торговельних підприємств на основі бенчмаркінгу; у тре-тьому розділі, на основі отриманих результатів, обґрунтовано модель організа-ції процесу бенчмаркінгу з урахуванням організаційних особливостей діяльнос-ті торговельних підприємств та проведено її апробацію. Визначено напрямки підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств з урахуванням віддаленості кожного підприємства в конкурентній групі від підприємства-еталона через реорганізацію бізнес-процесів, організаційних структур, систем управління і цінностей тощо. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи

The purpose of the qualification (master's) thesis is the development of theoretical principles and improvement of the methodological tools for managing the competitiveness of a trading enterprise based on benchmarking. The object of the study is the process of managing the competitiveness of a trading enterprise. The subject of the study is methodical approaches to managing the competitiveness of trade enterprises based on benchmarking. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the development and refinement of theoretical provisions, the development of scientifically based recommendations for managing the competitiveness of a trading enterprise. In the qualification (master's) work: the first section examines the theoretical foundations of competitiveness management and benchmarking as an instrument for its provision; in the second section, the method of evaluating the competitive positions of trade enterprises based on benchmarking is considered; in the third section, on the basis of the obtained results, the model of the organization of the benchmarking process is substantiated, taking into account the organizational features of the activity of trade enterprises, and its approval is carried out. Directions for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises are determined, taking into account the distance of each enterprise in the competit ive group from the reference enterprise through the reorganization of business processes, organizational structures, management systems and values, etc. The conclusions contain theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
