Abstract

Посилаєва К.І., Шерстюк С.В. Аналіз факторів ефективності м’ясного скотарства. У статті обґрунтована сутність поняття ефективності виробництва в м’ясному скотарстві, визначені показники і основні фактори, що її обумовлюють; показано сучасний стан, тенденції і проблеми ефективності виробництва в м’ясному скотарстві України; використана методика детермінованого факторного аналізу для обчислення розміру впливу двох вирішальних факторів (поголів'я і продуктивності) на обсяг виробництва, як визначального показника для визначення його ефективності; аргументована доцільність застосування і наведена методика моделювання детермінованих факторних систем для вивчення впливу на показники ефективності не тільки окремих факторів, а й усього їх комплексу. У статті зроблені узагальнення щодо основних проблем ефективного розвитку м’ясного скотарства, запропоновані обґрунтовані напрямки підвищення ефективності виробництва в цієї галузі.

В статье обоснована сущность понятия эффективности производства в мясном скотоводстве, определены показатели и основные факторы, ее обусловливающие; показано современное состояние, тенденции и проблемы эффективности производства в мясном скотоводстве Украины; использована методика детерминированного факторного анализа для расчета размера влияния двух решающих факторов (поголовье и продуктивность) на объем производства, как исходного показателя для определения его эффективности; аргументирована целесообразность применения и приведена методика моделирования детерминированных факторных систем для изучения влияния на показатели эффективности не только отдельных факторов, но и всего их комплекса. В статье сделаны обобщения относительно главных проблем эффективного развития мясного скотоводства, предложены обоснованные пути повышения эффективности производства в данной отрасли.

The business of agricultural enterprises in general and beef cattle farms specifically is relatively flexible and its results depend on multiple conditions and factors. Taking into consideration that every event and process of the agricultural business is related, depending on and caused by another one, the analysis of effectiveness of cattle farming for beef uses a whole system of inter-related economical indices, which in combination define the efficiency of utilization of major production components as follows: land, cattle, labor and production facilities, and reflect the intensity of business conditions assisting to such activity.Therefore, the research of methodological approaches to definition of relevant indices and factor analysis of the effectiveness of beef cattle production is substantially urgent and important. The Objective of Article is substantiation of the essence of major indices of the effectiveness of beef cattle production, explanation of different methodological approaches applied and research of the impact of individual factors separately and cumulatively at those indices. The research was done based on the abstract-logical methodology including theoretical synthesis and critical analysis of printed publications of local scientists, development of conclusions and proposals; dialectical cognition method applied for study of issues in their complexity; horizontal analysis used for comparison of individual indices in time and space; and also methods of the determined factor analysis utilized to define dimensions of impact of individual factors. Results of Research. The Article substantiates the sense of the term production effectiveness of beef farming, determines the indices and major factors having effect at the effectiveness; it reflects the current status, trends and problems of the effectiveness of modern beef cattle production in Ukraine; the methodology of determined factor analysis was applied to estimate the effect of two decisive factors (quantity of stock and production output) for the volume of production as the major index of the effectiveness; the Article gives reasons to the expediency of application of the methodology of determined factor systems’ modelling and provides the methodology used to study the impact of these systems at productivity indices individually and cumulatively. The Article includes aggregate review of the major problems of the effectiveness of development of beef farming in Ukraine and substantiated proposals about opportunities to increase the efficiency of production in this industry. Applicability of Results. The measurable system of economical effectiveness in agricultural business combines two inter-related and mutually adding value activities: the rational approach to land utilization by combination of the overall production efficiency and production process economy that makes transparent the cost of the effect. In order to define the effectiveness factors or reasons of losses in the process of increase of the quantity of beef cattle, it is necessary to study all factors having impact at the profit margins and costs of produce. Application of the methodology of factor systems’ modelling for the analysis of effectiveness of beef cattle production allows assessing a substantial number of factors that for the first glance are not directly influencing an index, which is the object of research.
