Удосконалення організаційної структури управління на підприємстві

Abstract

В даній роботі представлено дослідження сфери управління на підприємстві аграрного профілю, а саме досліджено поняття організаційної структури управління і її роль в досягненні мети. Також встановлено, що структура підприємства являється головним чинником її ефективності. Проведений аналіз сучасного стану структури управління, а також вплив зовнішній і внутрішній факторів на неї. На основі проведеного дослідження встановлено, що реструктуризація є важливою складовою удосконалення структури управління, а також застосування моделі McKinsey 7-S дозволить більш чітко побудувати і оптимізувати бізнес-процесів усередині підприємства.

This paper presents a study of the field of management in the agricultural enterprise, namely, the concept of organizational structure of management and its role in achieving the goal. It is also established that the structure of the enterprise is the main factor of its efficiency. The analysis of the current state of the management structure, as well as the influence of external and internal factors on it. Based on the study, it was found that restructuring is an important component of improving the management structure, as well as the application of the McKinsey 7- S model will allow you to more clearly build and optimize business processes within the enterprise
