Abstract

У статті досліджено принципи стратегії складних процесів сучасного економічного розвитку в умовах невизначеності. Наведено авторське розуміння подальшого розвитку світової економічної теорії. Показано, що сучасна економічна наука перебуває в пошуку нової парадигми. Змістовні моменти нової наукової парадигми складаються вже сьогодні, в них підкреслюється домінантна роль соціальних та геокультурних чинників. Встановлено, що в сучасних умовах найбільш актуальною є проблема вибору стратегії розвитку соціально-економічної системи. Обґрунтовано, що нові соціальні та культурні стратегії сьогодні дедалі більше визначають напрям і характер соціальноекономічних перетворень.

В статье исследованы принципы стратегии сложных процессов современного экономического развития в условиях неопределенности. Показано авторское понимание дальнейшего развития мировой экономической теории. Утверждается, что современная экономическая наука находится в поиске новой парадигмы. Содержательные моменты новой научной парадигмы создаются уже сегодня, в них подчеркивается доминантная роль социальных и геокультурных факторов. Установлено, что в современных условиях наиболее актуальной является проблема выбора стратегии развития социально-экономической системы. Обосновано, что новые социальные и культурные стратегии сегодня все больше определяют направление и характер социально-экономических преобразований.

The paper is dedicated to a new strategy of a holistic approach to understanding the processes of economic development in the modern world. The authors emphasize the need to rethink the paradigm of economic theory in the context of globalism, social inequality and ecological crisis. The authors’ understanding of economic knowledge and theories transformation processes is revealed. We believe that the Marxist and materialist trans-historical conceptions of economics as the basis of society, which dominates the culture and socio-political spheres of society do not correspond to the complexity, multidimensionality and unpredictability of modern history. Economic rationalism is an unjustified exaggeration in the modern era, when people rethink social and geocultural values and make a conscious choice in favor of preserving the natural environment, changing their way of life, humanizing worldview and relationships. Тhe authors demonstrated an in-depth analysis of literary sources and various approaches to new strategies for the formation of a new paradigm of economic knowledge. The article discusses the concept of civil economy, analyzes some theoretical approaches to civil society and substantiates the need to include the theory of civil society in the main area of interest of economic theories. Socialization economy can alleviate the problem of economic inequality, improve social and economic well-being. The socialization of economy would help the well-being of people and their personal development as geocultural subjects. The research results contribute greatly to bridge building between different disciplines, lead to the understanding of integrative processes in science. It was established that today’s most pressing problem is the choice of strategy for the development of socio-economic systems. The principles of understanding geocultural strategy of social systems in the conditions of social economic world development crisis are formulated.
