Перспективи підприємств готельного господарства Вінницького регіону в контексті розвитку туризму

Abstract

Проаналізовано динаміку розвитку колективних засобів розміщення в Україні та Вінницькій області. Показано здобутки та проблеми розвитку туристичної сфери Вінницької області на сучасному етапі. Визначено завдання, які необхідно вирішити в найближчій перспективі у сфері розвитку туризму та готельного господарства Вінницького регіону. Показано перспективи, які відкриються за умови вирішення основних завдань.

The urgent issue for Vinnytsia region is the proper adaptation of natural territories, cultural heritage sites for tourists, construction of appropriate infrastructure, information support. These steps will lead to the formation of a positive image of Vinnytsia region, provide incentives for its sustainable development. The impact of tourism on the development of other sectors of economy, analysis of the development of hotel business enterprises, its tendencies, factors that affect functioning of the hotel industry in modern conditions, is considered in the works of many domestic and foreign scholars [2–8]. Promising directions of Vinnytsia region are: development of a network of sanatorium and resort establishments, ever raising attention to green tourism. It is necessary to pay attention to the development of tourist infrastructure, reconstruction and construction of accommodation establishments; roads condition; accessibility of tourist facilities for persons with disabilities. Objectives for the short term include: creation of a positive image of Vinnytsia region as a tourist region at the national and international levels; attraction of grants and international technical assistance; provision of training for qualified guides and others. Addressing these issues will allow optimal use of the tourism potential of the region to ensure formation of a positive national and international image; attract foreign and domestic investment, international technical assistance; to promote the development of cultural, historical, ecological, religious, pilgrimage, health tourism; to improve quality of tourist and recreational services and other opportunities. Tourism industry is gaining importance in the economy of many countries of the world including Ukraine. Promising directions for Vinnytsia region are: development of a network of sanatoriums and resorts, increasing attention to green tourism. In order to solve the problems that stand in the way of the tourism sphere development in Vinnytsia region, it is necessary to attract considerable financial resources. Successful functioning of accommodation institutions is impossible without their reconstruction and modernization, adaptation to European requirements.
