Abstract

Однією із основних передумов конкурентоспроможності регіонів є ефективно функціонуючі територіальні громади. Розвиток місцевого самоврядування, створення об’єднаних територіальних громад, передача ресурсів, повноважень на місця в рамках проведення реформи з децентралізації Фінансова спроможність, економічна та інвестиційна привабливість територій передбачає розробку та впровадження стратегічних планів розвитку. Особливістю функціонування адміністративно-територіальних одиниць передбачає спільне бачення майбутніх перспектив. Дійсно спроможні об’єднані територіальні громади в умовах трансформації середовища, обумовленої об’єктивними та суб’єктивними чинниками, актуалізує потреби пошуку інструментів, механізмів та методів забезпечення їх розвитку через розробку відповідних технологічних механізмів.
