Формування комунікаційної культури в органах публічної влади

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі розглянуто особливості комунікативної культури державних службовців на су- часному етапі розвитку України та визначено пріоритетні напрями модернізації системи їх підготовки до професійно-мовленнєвої комунікації у контексті формування позитивного іміджу влади Проведено аналіз якості менеджменту конкретної державної установи. Надано пропозиції щодо удосконалення комунікаційної культури в органах публічної влади.

In the qualification (master's) work, the peculiarities of the communicative culture of civil servants at the current stage of development of Ukraine were considered and the priority areas of modernization of the system of their training for professional speech communication in the context of forming a positive image of the government were determined. An analysis of the management quality of a specific state institution was carried out. Suggestions for improving the communication culture in public authorities were provided
