Концептуалізація формування економічного механізму забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства та торгівлі

Abstract

На підставі запропонованої ідеї формування усвідомленої необхідності сталого розвитку вдосконалено концептуальну модель формування економічного механізму забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства торгівлі, яка базується на синергії детермінант сталого розвитку в гармонійно створеній інституційній композиції, спрямована на забезпечення ефективного функціонування адаптивного компліментарного простору взаємодії підприємства зі стейкхолдерами з метою реалізації пріоритетних та стратегічних соціо-еколого-економічних інтентів сталого розвитку підприємства. Запропоновано композицію інституційного забезпечення формування економічного механізму сталого розвитку торговельного підприємства, яка базується на галузевому ієрархічному структуруванні трансформації правил та традицій поведінки інститутів забезпечення в контексті формування усвідомленої необхідності функціонування в умовах, спрямованих на гармонізацію економічного, соціального та екологічного розвитку суспільства.

The leading entity for achieving the goals of sustainable micro-level development is an enterprise which, as an open system, operates today in a turbulent external environment, which necessitates the search for adaptive mechanisms based on constant development principles that can prevent the impact of real and potential negative factors, ensuring balance of social, ecological, economic status and stable development of the enterprise in the long run. Under such circumstances, the issue of theoretical and methodological substantiation of the systematization and conceptualization of the content for the formation of economic mechanism to ensure sustainable development of trade enterprises is actualized. In the context of the research it is proved that the idea of stable development and its effective functioning is based on the idea of forming human understanding of the existence of the mankind on the principles of sustainable development, which can be a basis for the formation of socio-ecological and economic responsibility. As a feedback it may provide ecological and economic protection, sustainability and security from the hierarchy of human formations. Systematization of scientific approaches proved that conceptualization should reflect theoretical background of the content of cognitive formation of the economic mechanism for ensuring sustainable development of trade enterprises, in particular, the purpose, principles, subjectivity, priorities, strategic intentions, methods of their achievement and security components. On the basis of the proposed idea of forming understanding of the need for sustainable development, the conceptual model of forming economic mechanism to ensure sustainable development of the trade enterprise, is based on the synergies of the determinants of stable development in a harmoniously created institutional composition, aimed at ensuring effective functioning of the adaptive complementary space of the enterprise's interaction with stakeholders in order to realize the priority and strategic socio-ecological and economic intents of the constant development of the enterprise. The composition of institutional support for the formation of economic mechanism for permanent development of a trading enterprise, based on the sectoral hierarchical structuring of the transformation of rules and traditions of the behavior of security institutions (state, region, administrative-territorial units, production and logistics-supply sector, consumers) in the context of the necessity of forming consciousness in the conditions aimed at harmonizing economic, social and environmental development.
