Метою статті є дослідження сучасного стану та перспектив цифрової трансформації України. Розкрито цілі цифрової трансформації в Україні до 2024 року. Проаналізовано динаміку ВВП та випуску товарів та послуг у сфері інформація та телекомунікація, питому вагу % до ВВП за 2016-2020 роки та спрогнозувати тенденцію на 2021-2022 роки. Проаналізовано динаміку обсягу реалізованої продукції (товарів, послуг) суб’єктів господарювання, за видом економічної діяльності комп'ютерне програмування, консультування та пов'язана з ними діяльність, питому вагу % у загальному обсязі реалізації 2010-2019 роки та спрогнозувати тенденцію на 2021-2022 роки. Проаналізовано динаміку доданої вартості за витратами виробництва суб'єктів господарювання та у сфері комп'ютерного програмування, консультування та пов'язана з ними діяльність, питому вагу % до загальної доданої вартості за 2013-2019 рр. Визначено перспективні стратегічні цілі та завдання цифрової трансформації для України.

Целью статьи является исследование современного состояния и перспектив цифровой трансформации Украины. Раскрыто цели цифровой трансформации в Украине до 2024 года. Проанализировано динамику ВВП и выпуска товаров и услуг в сфере информация и телекоммуникация, удельный вес % к ВВП за 2016-2020 годы и спрогнозировать тенденции на 2021-2022 годы. Проанализировано динамику объема реализованной продукции (товаров, услуг) субъектов хозяйствования, по виду экономической деятельности компьютерное программирование, консультирование и связанная с ними деятельность, удельный вес% в общем объеме реализации 2010-2019 годы и спрогнозировать тенденции на 2021-2022 года. Проанализировано динамику добавленной стоимости по затратам производства субъектов хозяйствования и в сфере компьютерного программирования, консультирования и связанная с ними деятельность, удельный вес % к общей добавленной стоимости за 2013-2019 гг. Определено перспективные стратегические цели и задачи цифровой трансформации для Украина.

The aim of the article is to study the current state and prospects of digital transformation of Ukraine. To reveal the goals of digital transformation in Ukraine by 2024. Analyze the dynamics of GDP and output of goods and services in the field of information and telecommunications, the share of% to GDP for 2016-2020 and forecast the trend for 2021-2022. Analyze the dynamics of sales of products (goods, services) of economic entities, by type of economic activity, computer programming, consulting and related activities, the share of% in total sales in 2010-2019 and forecast the trend for 2021- 2022. Analyze the dynamics of value added by the costs of production of economic entities and in the field of computer programming, consulting and related activities, the share of% to total value added for 2013-2019. It is determined that among the main goals of digital transformation the government of our country by 2024 provides: 100% of all public services will be available to businesses and citizens, 95% of social facilities and major highways will be covered by high-speed Internet, 10% will be the share of ICT in GDP and the involvement of almost 6 million people in digital skills programs is expected. Accordingly, the current state of implementation of the defined strategic goals is analyzed, where the allocation of a significant amount of budget resources at the expense of the subvention has already been determined, which allows to obtain free high-speed Internet by the end of 2022. It is analyzed that during the studied period the change in the output of goods and services in the field of information and telecommunications changed along with GDP. Output of goods and services in the field of information and telecommunications in 2016 amounted to 182886 million UAH, and in 2020 208427 million UAH, which is 2552541 million UAH or 1.14 times more. At the same time, GDP in actual prices decreased from UAH 5420433 million in 2016 to UAH 4194102 million in 2020, which is UAH 1226331 million or 0.77 times less. Thus, the impact of the release of goods and services in the field of information and telecommunications on the variation in Ukraine's GDP is decisive. It is determined that for the period 2016-2020 the share of ICT in GDP varies between 3.37-4.97%, and the government expects it to grow to 10% in 2014. Perspective strategic goals and objectives of digital transformation for Ukraine have been identified. It is proved that the fulfillment of the set goals and objectives of digital transformation of Ukraine is possible due to further development of digital infrastructure, improvement and creation of an effective institutional environment of informatization and digitalization processes, ensuring digital accessibility.
