Abstract

Обґрунтовано актуальність застосування компетентнісного підходу до управління персоналом в аграрних підприємствах. Сформовано перелік необхідних компетенцій працівників аграрних підприємств без урахування базових знань спеціальностей. Виділено найбільш значущі компетенції для фахівців аграрного спрямування: агроном, інженер механік, лікар ветеринарної медицини, технолог з виробництва та переробки продукції тваринництва. Здійснена оцінка рівня задоволеності керівників та начальників структурних підрозділів аграрних підприємств результатами роботи підлеглих. Виокремлено найефективніші способи набуття та розвитку компетенцій персоналом.

The requirement of competent personnel who can continuously learn, adapt to rapid changes in the environment and implement innovative scientific and practical developments in the field of agrarian production grows in the context of globalization processes strengthening and intensifying the development of advanced technologies. The usage of new technological and personnel approaches to the organization of agrarian business is conditioned by a highly competitive environment among agricultural producers and the need to minimize the costs. The tendencies that connected with the study of the list of necessary competencies of the employees become very urgent. The article is devoted to the study of sets of competencies of agrarian sphere specialist’s, without taking into account the knowledge of the specialty. The subject of the article is the competencies of agrarian enterprises’ of employees. The purpose of the article is to research and generalize the requirements of employers of the agrarian sector of production in the context of the necessary competencies of employees. Methods: questionnaires, expert surveys, sample surveys, interviews, generalization, comparative analysis. Results. The relevance of the application of a competent approach to personnel management in agrarian enterprises has been justified. The list of the most significant competencies of the specialists of agrarian sphere is: Agronomist, Mechanical Engineer (sphere of agriculture), Veterinary medicine Doctor, Technologist of production and processing of animal products has been formed. The assessment of the level of satisfaction of managers and heads of structural subdivisions of agrarian enterprises by the effects of the work of subordinates has been done. The most effective ways of acquiring and developing competencies by the staff have been highlighted. Scope of results. The results can be used in the field of personnel management and in education (in the context of improving the training system for future specialists). Recommendations for further research. The issue of developing new methods and ways for selection and development of personnel, taking into account the current requirements of agrarian employers to the competencies of employees are becoming topical.
