Управління інноваційно-інвестиційним забезпеченням розвитку підприємств аграрного сектору

Abstract

У дисертації досліджено та поглиблено теоретичні та практичні аспекти, а також надано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління інноваційно-інвестиційним забезпеченням розвитку підприємств аграрного сектору. Розкрито теоретико-методичні основи управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств аграрного сектору; здійснено моніторинг розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності аграрних підприємств; досліджено концептуальні підходи до управління інноваційно-інвестиційним процесом, напрями модернізації та шляхи удосконалення системи управління інноваційно-інвестиційним забезпеченням розвитку підприємств аграрного сектору. Досліджено сутність понять «інвестиційна діяльність» та «інноваційна діяльність» та виявлено, що їх необхідно розглядати в нерозривному зв’язку та поєднанні й характеризувати як «іноваційно-інвестиційна діяльність». У результаті узагальнення думок вчених та враховуючи специфіку аграрного виробництва визначено, що інноваційно-інвестиційна діяльність підприємств аграрного сектору являє собою процес впровадження інновацій, який враховує особливості ведення сільськогосподарської діяльності та спрямований на вдосконалення чи оптимізацію вже існуючої виробничої або управлінської структури, чи на диверсифікацію основної діяльності. Встановлено, що впровадження інструментів управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю аграрних підприємств має здійснюватися із застосуванням організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку. Такий механізм має визначати пріоритетність мети та місії підприємства, та включають такі складові, як: економічний, маркетингово-економічний, організаційно-виробничий, фінансовий, соціальний і екологічний механізми.

The dissertation investigates and deepens the theoretical and practical aspects, as well as provides practical recommendations for improving the management of innovation and investment support for the development of agricultural enterprises. Theoretical and methodical bases of management of innovation and investment activity of the enterprises of agrarian sector are opened; the development of innovation and investment activities of agricultural enterprises was monitored; conceptual approaches to the management of innovation and investment process, directions of modernization and ways to improve the management system of innovation and investment support for the development of agricultural enterprises are studied. The essence of the concepts "investment activity" and "innovation activity" is investigated and it is found that they should be considered in inseparable connection and combination and characterized as "innovation-investment activity". As a result of generalization of scientists and taking into account the specifics of agricultural production, it is determined that innovation and investment activities of agricultural enterprises is a process of innovation, which takes into account the specifics of agricultural activities and aims to improve or optimize existing production or management structure or diversify core activities. It is established that the implementation of management tools for innovation and investment activities of agricultural enterprises should be carried out using the organizational and economic mechanism of innovation and investment development. Such a mechanism should determine the priority of the purpose and mission of the enterprise, and include such components as: economic, marketing and economic, organizational and production, financial, social and environmental mechanisms.
