Abstract

Кошкалда І.В. Сучасні тенденції та перспективи розвитку молочної галузі України. У статті досліджено сучасний стан та вектори розвитку молочної галузі України. Окреслено стримуючі фактори функціонування молочної галузі. Встановлено обсяги виробництва молока та молочної продукції в Україні у 2020 р. Досліджено кількість зареєстрованих в Україні підприємств молочної промисловості та визначено їх потужності. Також визначено географічну структуру виробництва молока в Україні та відповідно до неї досліджені особливості умов виробництва та споживання продукції молочної галузі. Досліджено особливості та напрями розвитку великих підприємств з виробництва молока та молочної продукції. Запропоновано стратегічні вектори розвитку галузі молочного скотарства в Україні та виокремлена необхідність створення ефективних інтеграційних об’єднань на основі спільного економічного інтересу.

Кошкалда И.В. Современные тенденции и перспективы развития молочной отрасли Украины. В статье проведено исследование современного состояния и векторов развития молочной отрасли Украины. Определены сдерживающие факторы функционирования молочной отрасли. Установлены объемы производства молока и молочной продукции в Украине в 2020. Исследовано количество зарегистрированных в Украине предприятий молочной промышленности и определены их мощности. Также установлена географическая структура производства молока в Украине и в соответствии с ней особенности условий производства и потребления продукции молочной отрасли. Исследованы особенности и направления развития крупных предприятий по производству молока и молочной продукции. Предложены стратегические векторы развития отрасли молочного скотоводства в Украине и выделена необходимость создания эффективных интеграционных объединений на основе общего экономического интереса.

Koshkalda I.V. Modern tendencies and prospects of development dairy industry of Ukraine. The article description the current state and vectors of development dairy industry of Ukraine. Deterrent factors in the functioning of the dairy industry have been identified. The volumes of milk and dairy production in Ukraine in 2020 have been established. The number of dairy enterprises registered in Ukraine has been studied and their capacities have been determined. The aim of the study. There are substantiations of theoretical, scientificmethodical and applied issues of functioning of the dairy industry of Ukraine and the formation of the main directions of its development in modern conditions. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, namely logical, system-structural and others. Results of work. The features and directions of development of large enterprises for the production of milk and dairy products have been investigated. Strategic vectors for the development of the dairy industry in Ukraine are proposed and the need to create effective integration associations based on common economic interests is highlighted. One of the promising directions for the development of the dairy industry and increasing its competitiveness is the introduction at its facilities of the principles of the HACCP system, a system for analyzing risks, hazardous factors and monitoring critical points. In Ukraine, as of 2020, the HACCP system has been implemented only at 61 enterprises. Unfortunately, the manufacturers of almost half of the regions of Ukraine work without taking into account international quality requirements, which is a matter of their development for the future. Scope of results. Strategic development of the dairy industry should be based on the overall strengthening of the country's food security. The production and processing of milk in Ukraine is very promising, since there is a potential for growth in consumption and the possibility of entering export markets.
