Теоретичні аспекти інвестиційно-інноваційної інтеграційної стратегії розвитку агропромислового комплексу

Abstract

Метою статті є дослідження теоретичних аспектів інвестиційно-інноваційної інтеграційної стратегії розвитку агропромислового комплексу. Матеріали та методи. Теоретичним підґрунтям у процесі наукового дослідження стали наукові праці відомих українських та зарубіжних науковців, законодавство України та нормативні акти. Під час дослідження були використані загальнонаукові і спеціальні методи: аналізу, діагностики, синтезу, індукції, дедукції – для дослідження теоретичних аспектів інвестиційно-інноваційної інтеграційної стратегії розвитку агропромислового комплексу; було використано метод узагальнення та конкретизації щодо завдань стратегії розвитку агропромислового комплексу. Результати. У науковому досліджено теоретичні аспекти інвестиційно-інноваційної інтеграційної стратегії розвитку агропромислового комплексу. Висновки. За результатами дослідження, доведено, що інвестиційно-інноваційна інтеграційна стратегія розвитку агропромислового комплексу деталізовано пояснює, як буде відбуватися управління інвестиційно-інноваційними інтеграційними процесами у агропромислового комплексу для забезпечення його ефективного функціонування та розвитку в умовах глобальних викликів. Інвестиційно-інноваційна інтеграційна стратегія розвитку агропромислового комплексу дозволяє оцінити експортний потенціал агропромислової продукції, сформувати експортно-імпортну стратегію та адекватний механізм зовнішньоекономічної діяльності з урахуванням зони вільної торгівлі з країнами Європейського Союзу та іншими країнами міжнародного простору в умовах глобальних викликів.

Introduction. Institutional transformations taking place in the national macroeconomic environment have caused changes in the development of integration processes in the structure of the agro-industrial complex. In recent years, the agro-industrial complex due to various forms of increasing the impact of integration processes on economic growth and prospects for its economic entities. The current state of the agro-industrial complex of the national economy and the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic limits socio-economic opportunities inertia of the processes of development of agro-industrial production in the national macroeconomic environment. The aim of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of investment and innovation integration strategy for the development of the agro-industrial complex. Materials and methods. The theoretical basis in the process of scientific research were the scientific works of famous Ukrainian and foreign scientists, Ukrainian legislation and regulations. During the research, general scientific and special methods were used: analysis, diagnostics, synthesis, induction, deduction - to study the theoretical aspects of investment and innovation integration strategy for the development of the agro-industrial complex; the method of generalization and specification of the tasks of the strategy of development of the agro-industrial complex was used. Results. Theoretical aspects of investment and innovation integration strategy of agro-industrial complex development are investigated in the scientific. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it is proved that the investment-innovation integration strategy of agro-industrial complex development explains in detail how the investment-innovation integration processes of the agroindustrial complex will be managed to ensure its effective functioning and development in global challenges. Investment and innovation integration strategy of agro-industrial complex development allows to assess the export potential of agroindustrial products, to form export-import strategy and adequate mechanism of foreign economic activity taking into account the free trade zone with the European Union and other countries in the global space.
