| dc.description.abstract | Досліджені питання удосконалення методології статистико економічного аналізу ефективності аграрної праці. Запропоновані удосконалені методики аналізу динаміки і факторів ефективності аграрної праці. Оскільки основою будь-якого виробництва є трудова діяльність, то показники ефективності і продуктивності праці доцільно доповнити характеристиками виходу чистої продукції і прибутку з розрахунку на одиницю затрат праці. На рівень ефективності праці впливають два фактори: у рослинництві – затрати праці на 1 га зібраної площі і урожайність сільськогосподарських культур; у тваринництві – затрати праці на голову худоби і продуктивність тварин. Найбільш ефективними методами аналізу впливу цих факторів на рівень ефективності праці, виражений через трудомісткість продукції, є метод індексів у поєднанні з методом ланцюгових підстановок. Метод індексів дозволяє проаналізувати вплив факторів на зміну трудомісткості продукції у відносних величинах, а метод ланцюгових підстановок – в абсолютних величинах. | dc.description.sponsorship | Investigational questions of improvement of methodology of statistics economic analysis of efficiency of agrarian labour. The improvement of methodology of analysis of dynamics and factors of labour is offered. As basis of any production is labour activity, then the indexes of efficiency and labour productivity it is expedient to complement descriptions of clean product and income output calculating on unit of costs of labour. On the level of efficiency to labour two factors influence: in a plant grower are expenses of labour on 1 hectare the collected area and the productivity of agricultural cultures, in a stock-raising are expenses of labour on the head of cattle and productivity of animals. The most effective methods of analysis of influence of these factors on the level of efficiency of the labour expressed through labour intensiveness of products is a method of indexes in combination with the method of chain substitutions. Thus the method of indexes allows to analyse influence of factors on the change of labour intensiveness of products in relative sizes, and a method of chain substitutions is influence of factors on the change of labour intensiveness of products in absolute values. With the aim of deepening of analysis of labour intensiveness of products expediently the index of expenses of labour on unit of area to lay out on the index of norms of making and index of volume of works. The indexes of labour intensiveness of products give an opportunity to analyse fulfiling the plan and dynamics of the labour productivity not only on the separate types of products, but also on the whole on an agricultural production and him basic industries - to the plant-grower and stock-raising. It follows to bear in a mind, that the use of general index of labour intensiveness of products gives more objective description of dynamics of the labour productivity comparatively with cost indexes. It is explained foremost by the lacks of price comparison of products and structural changes in composition the gross products of agriculture. Secondly, settling of labour indexes of the productivity labours unlike a cost, determination of that is constrained with the use of all total (direct and indirect) expenses of direct-labour. | uk_UA |
