Регулювання фінансової стійкості сільськогосподарського підприємства

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено підходи до регулювання фінансової стійкості ДП «Дослідне господарство «Елітне» ІР ім. В.Я. Юр’єва НААН України Харківського району Харківської області та визначення напрямів її зміцнення. Досліджено економічну сутність фінансової стійкості сільськогосподарського підприємства. Обґрунтовано переваги процесного підхід до регулювання фінансової стійкості сільськогосподарського підприємства. Досліджені розміри господарювання і економічна ефективність функціонування об’єкту дослідження. Аналіз фінансового стану об’єкту дослідження, показників його автономії засвідчив спадаючу динаміку його економічної ефективності та платоспроможності. Визначено рівень фінансової стійкості досліджуваного сільськогосподарського підприємства, зроблена оцінка схильність його до банкрутства. Проведене поглиблене діагностування фінансової стійкості підприємства на основі комбінування дискримінантних моделей оцінки ймовірності банкрутства та збалансованої системи показників засвідчило помірну схильність об’єкта дослідження до визнання його неплатоспроможним та низький рівень фінансової стійкості. Формалізовані підходи до адаптивного регулювання фінансової стійкості агроформувань, зокрема встановлено, що вони включають у себе циклічні дії, зокрема встановлення факторів забезпечення фінансової стійкості; розробку і реалізацію менеджерських у сфері управління фінансами. Результати дослідження поглиблюють теоретичні засади регулювання фінансової стійкості, мають практичне значення для її зміцнення та стабілізації фінансового стану досліджуваного підприємства.

In the qualification work, approaches to regulating the financial stability of the state enterprise "Experimental Farming "Elite" Institute of Plant Breeding named after V.Ya. Yuryev of the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region and the determination of directions for its strengthening. The economic essence of the financial stability of the agricultural enterprise was studied. The advantages of the process approach to regulating the financial stability of an agricultural enterprise are substantiated. The dimensions of management and the economic efficiency of the operation of the research object were investigated. Analysis of the financial condition of the object of research, indicators of its autonomy, proved the declining dynamics of its economic efficiency and solvency. The level of financial stability of the studied agricultural enterprise was determined, and its propensity to bankruptcy was assessed. The conducted in-depth diagnosis of the financial stability of the enterprise based on the combination of discriminant models for assessing the probability of bankruptcy and a balanced system of indicators proved the moderate tendency of the object of the study to be recognized as insolvent and a low level of financial stability. Formalized approaches to adaptive regulation of the financial stability of agricultural formations, in particular, it was established that they include cyclical actions, in particular, the establishment of factors for ensuring financial stability; development and implementation of management in the field of financial management. The results of the study deepen the theoretical foundations of regulation of financial stability, have practical significance for its strengthening and stabilization of the financial condition of the enterprise under study.
