Управлінські аспекти та моделювання інноваційного розвитку в умовах економічної нестабільності: локальний, регіональний та національний підходи

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вирішенню актуальної проблеми застосування можливостей моделювання у процесі управління інноваційним розвитком на різних рівнях економіки в умовах економічної нестабільності. Авторами здійснено моделювання закономірності зміни кількості інноваційно активних підприємств та кількості підприємств, що впроваджували інновації (продукцію та/або технологічні процеси) в Україні. На підставі результатів моделювання визначено прогнозні значення даних показників, що дає можливості використання отриманих результатів у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень стосовно перспектив інноваційного розвитку.

The article is devoted to the solution of the actual problem of application of modeling possibilities in the process of management of innovative development at different levels of economy in the conditions of economic instability. The authors model the regularity of changes in the number of innovatively active enterprises and the number of enterprises that have implemented innovations (products and / or technological processes) in Ukraine. In the current conditions of economic instability, in particular related to the COVID-19 pandemic, innovation is the driving force behind the development of entrepreneurship, сertain industries, regions and the national economy. Despite the existing results of popularization of innovation, there is no universal mechanism for innovation at different levels in conditions of economic instability caused by various factors, which in turn significantly complicates the innovative development of territorial and national economy, discourages national producers and worsens the development of individual industries. The purpose of this article is to study the management aspects and modeling of innovative development at different levels of the economy in conditions of economic instability.In our opinion, the restoration of the possibility of functioning of special economic zones and industrial-financial groups can be positive.
