| Abstract: | Розглянуто основні методи проведення оцінювання ефективності
банківських об’єднань, виявлено чинники, які впливають на результати
злиття і поглинання, проаналізовано наслідки успішної консолідації банків у
формі злиття і поглинання. In the article the basic methods of realization of assessment of bank associations’ effectiveness are observed, the factors which influence the results of consolidation and absorption are revealed, and the results of successful consolidation of banks in the form of fusion and absorption are analyzed. |
