Abstract

Гуторов О.І., Соколюк С.Ю. Концепція формування та реалізації стратегії гармонійного інноваційного розвитку підприємств агарного сектору. Визначено теоретичні основи гармонізації інноваційної діяльності підприємств аграрного сектору економіки. Досліджено категоріальнопонятійний апарат гармонізації. Розроблено структурно-логічну послідовність оцінки гармонійного інноваційного розвитку підприємств аграрного сектору. Розроблено інноваційну доктрину економічного розвитку аграрного сектору економіки. Запропоновано механізм державного регулювання і підтримки інноваційної діяльності у межах підприємств агросектору. Розроблено стратегію розвитку на засадах екологізації аграрнопромислового виробництва, тобто комплексу дій і методів управління інноваційною діяльністю органічних суб’єктів підприємництва, що забезпечують їх конкурентні переваги на інноваційній основі в умовах кластеризації.

Разработана структурно-логическая последовательность оценки гармоничного инновационного развития предприятий аграрного сектора. Разработана инновационная доктрина экономического развития аграрного сектора экономики. Предложен механизм государственного регулирования и поддержки инновационной деятельности в рамках предприятий агросектора. Осуществлён анализ результативности инвестиционноинновационной деятельности предприятий аграрного сектора, что позволило уточнить рекомендации по разработке инновационной стратегии предприятий. Разработана стратегия развития на основе экологизации аграрнопромышленного производства, то есть комплекса действий и методов управления инновационной деятельностью органических субъектов предпринимательства, обеспечивающих их конкурентные преимущества на инновационной основе в условиях кластеризации.

The mechanism of innovative development of agricultural enterprises is proposed, which is based on defining the goals, goals, objectives of innovative development, principles of formation, research methods, requirements and tools for ensuring such development, as well as the choice of directions, development and implementation of a strategy of harmonious innovative development of enterprises with determination of economic result. from innovation. The bases of formation and realization of strategy of harmonious innovative development of the enterprises of agrarian-industrial production are grounded, but on the basis of the corresponding concept which provides an opportunity to choose the optimum variant of development of business entities on an innovative basis taking into account their resource possibilities, directions of long-term innovation policy implementation with favorable investment and investment. The structural and logical sequence of evaluation of harmonious innovative development of agricultural enterprises has been developed, which is the basis of the methodology of evaluation of innovative development of agricultural enterprises, which will allow to make a decision on the expediency of such development, from the early stages. The innovative doctrine of economic development of the agricultural sector of economy has been developed, which envisages a new approach to the formation of the economic development strategy, which is based on the support of the agricultural sector of the economy taking into account innovations, human resources, problems of greening, that is, these elements of development should create unity and not be considered separately development of the agricultural sector. The study using economic and mathematical modeling, which is to assess the possibility of more rational use of agricultural land by agricultural sector enterprises allowed to ensure the release of agricultural land in cultivation, and increase their gross proceeds, to optimize the cost of resource support for the use of agricultural resources and avoiding cost-effective activities requiring applications s resources. A analysis of the performance of investment and innovation activities of agricultural enterprises has been carried out. Carrying out the cluster analysis made it possible to clarify the recommendations regarding the innovative strategy of the enterprises by drawing on the selected recommendations from several groups of their development strategy. The strategy of development on the principles of ecologization of agroindustrial production, that is a complex of actions and methods of management of innovative activity of organic subjects of the enterprise, providing their competitive advantages on an innovative basis in the conditions of clustering, is developed.
