Проблеми працевлаштування молодих спеціалістів

Abstract

Розглянуто основні проблеми та тенденції молодіжної зайнятості в сучасній Україні. Виявлено причини виникнення безробіття серед молоді, а також його наслідки. Досліджено національне законодавство з проблем молодіжної зайнятості, невідповідність між вимогами роботодавців і рівнем практичної підготовки випускників вищих навчальних закладів.

Youth unemployment is one of the problems key at the stage of labor market formation. Young people and economies of many countries suffer from high levels of unemployment. Employment policy must be subordinated to the main strategic objective - to employ every member of the society and provide with every opportunity to develop and realize their potential, gaining a deserved reward for their labor. The objective of the article is to determine the causes and consequences of youth unemployment, to study the role of the state in ensuring a high level of employment among young people. The authors came conclusion that work on their career counseling should be carried out jointly by the employment service, representatives of educational institutions and employers for a successful and longterm employment of young people.
