Підходи до структуризації ресурсного потенціалу підприємств

Abstract

Проведено аналіз наукових підходів до структури ресурсів підприємств, розглянуто еволюцію ресурсної теорії підприємства та виявлено плюралізм думок щодо складу ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. З огляду на результати аналізу узагальнено погляди багатьох дослідників на елементний склад ресурсного потенціалу підприємств.

The volume of the resources, their contents, structure, equilibrium level and efficiency of use represent cumulative resource opportunities of the enterprise on the achievement of the defined purposes of the development, and act as a criterion making administrative decisions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the resource potential structure of trading enterprises on the basis of allocation of their features and generalization of the existing scientific approaches. After the systematization and generalization of scientific researches of many scientists, the evolution of the resource theory of the enterprise is investigated and some pluralism of the opinions concerning the structure of the resource potential of the enterprise is revealed. According to the requirements of economic practice of modern enterprises, the kinds of resources are selected and their role, essence and structure in the resource potential of enterprises are determined. The structurization of the resource potential corresponding to modern tasks of formation, development and evaluation of the resource potential of enterprises is substantiated as the result of the research.
