| Abstract: | В статті розглядається історія становлення ринкових відносин в Україні, зокрема ринку нерухомості.
Вказуються особливості ринку нерухомості та визначаються учасники ринку. Також відзначається, що система управління нерухомістю може аналізуватися з точки зору функціонального, оперативного, проектного, контрольного управління та управління результатами. The article deals with the history of the formation of market relations in Ukraine, in particular the real estate market. The specifics of the real estate market are specified and market participants are identified. It is also noted that the real estate management system can be analyzed in terms of functional, operational, project, control and results management. |
