Abstract:	Досліджено специфіки формування агропромислової інтеграції в умовах ринкових трансформацій, обґрунтовано їх значення для підвищення ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва в України. Визначено, що інтегровані агропромислові об’єднання є одним з пріоритетних напрямів реалізації процесу агропромислової інтеграції в економіці України. The author focuses on the peculiarities of agricultural integration facilitating in the environment of market reforms. The author also analyzes their meaning for improving efficiency of the Ukrainian agricultural production. He proves that integrated agricultural formations is one of the prior directions towards realization of the process of agricultural integration in the Ukrainian economy
