Abstract

В статті розглянуті теоретичні аспекти дослідження організаційної структури управління на основі використання сучасних методів і технологій управління. Розглянуто основні проблеми розвитку організаційної структури підприємства. Проаналізовані види і класи організаційних структур. Встановлено, що найважливішим підсумком здійснення удосконалення організаційної структури управління є завершення переходу на її виробничо-технологічні варіанти. Визначено систему показників ефективності структури управління.

The theoretical aspects of the study of the organizational structure of management based on the use of modern management methods and technologies are considered in the article. The main problems of development of organizational structure of the enterprise are considered. Types and classes of organizational structures are analyzed. It is established that the most important result of improving the organizational structure of management is the completion of the transition to its production and technological options. The system of indicators of efficiency of management structure is defined.
